The substrate underneath every standard you hold them to, the eight foundational competencies the rest of adult life depends on, is what the Sovereignty Stack year installs.

You license the curriculum and run your own men through it, self-directed, on your own staff. We customize it to your population and keep the license current as it improves. If your institution is willing to pay for it, we will also train a facilitator from your own people. The fifty-two-week year is the unit of installation; deep change cannot be pushed past the speed a man can take it in.

  • One cohort, up to twenty-five

    A single cohort runs the full fifty-two-week curriculum, self-directed and run on your own staff. We customize the four stories to your population and keep the license current.

  • Five hundred or more

    $250,000 and up

    Multiple cohorts a year across the organization, deeper customization, and an anonymized aggregate progress report each year. Self-directed throughout, run on your own people.

What is different about a year, run as a cohort.

The consumer pay options do not apply at institutional scale. The institutional offer is the same fifty-two-week curriculum, licensed to you and run on your own staff, customized to your population, and measured, with the structure an institution needs to buy it and to defend the spend internally.

  • Eight competencies, installed in order.

    Most institutional training installs one skill at a time, in isolation, without a substrate underneath. The Sovereignty Stack curriculum installs the eight competencies the rest of life and work depend on, in the order they support each other. The year is the unit of installation; the cohort is the shape it travels in.

  • Self-directed, run on your own staff.

    The curriculum teaches by practice, not by lecture. Each man reads a little, does the practice, and scores his own progress. The base license is self-directed: it runs on the people your institution already employs, and it needs no instructor from us. If your institution is willing to pay for it, we train your facilitator, one of your own people, to hold the cadence and to catch the man who stalls before he drifts out of the work. The training is an optional add-on, priced on its own. The man does the work; a facilitator from your own staff keeps the work from slipping.

  • Customized to your population, and kept current.

    We rewrite the four character stories to match the men you serve, adapt the examples to your world, and produce the materials in the form your setting requires, whether that is hand-completed softcover workbooks for a facility that issues no laptops or the online course for men who carry phones. A live license keeps the curriculum current as it improves; a lapsed license freezes at the version it stopped paying for.

  • Measured, so the year ends in evidence.

    Every man scores himself on a per-competency scale your staff can review and report. The year ends in a capstone where he retakes the diagnostics he started with and sees his progress in hard numbers, which hands your institution before-and-after data on the cohort. The curriculum is the product of two decades of one-to-one practice with men working through the same eight constraints, validated against natural law and the thesis packets that anchor each section.
